This notice explains how Sonic Labs LLP uses personal information when you visit this website or contact us. Sonic Labs LLP is the partnership behind Sonic Sound, UnitOps and Sonic EMS, and is the data controller for the information described here.
If you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to include in your message. Our website host also keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and working.
We use your details to reply to you and, if you go on to work with us, to deliver the service you've asked for. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and our contract with you once you become a customer.
We don't sell your information. We only share it with the providers that run our email and website hosting, and with our accountant where it forms part of our business records.
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and then delete them. If you become a customer, we keep business records such as invoices for six years, as the law requires.
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it or object to our using it. Email andrew@soniclabsllp.co.uk and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
